About Us
Hello. I'm West Chiles, and I wanted to take just a moment to introduce myself and tell you a little bit about my propane company. The following is just a sketch of how I got here today and how Chiles Propane LLC came into existence.
For over half a century, the Chiles family has been a supplier of petroleum products throughout the Southeast. As a family-owned business, we take personal pride in our high standards of service and the professionalism of our drivers and service technicians. The scope of operations has certainly changed since 1947, but our relentless dedication to peerless customer service certainly has not. In 1994, I took the Chiles Family knowledge of the petroleum industry in a new direction with the introduction of Industrial Propane Incorporated. Then, in 1998, we expanded the propane operations to include the needs of the residential propane user with the introduction of Chiles Propane LLC. Chiles Propane LLC was formed on the foundation of providing secure propane supply year round for the residential and commercial user of propane without the usual irritation of price gouging and delayed or canceled deliveries during cold winter months or adverse weather conditions. Placing the satisfaction of you, our customer, as our only priority allows us to give personal attention to your needs. Dedication at this level gives you the assurance and peace of mind that reliable propane supply is available when you need it the most. It is our intention to earn your business.
